Next 60 hour pre-licensing class

Monday, August 9, 2010 - Friday, August 27, 2010 

Please bring hi-lighter and silent hand held calculator (that does not produce tape) to class.

Practice tests will be given out at 4:00 PM Friday, August 27. 
Students will have 2 hours to take the test (4pm - 6pm). 
Answers will be given 6pm - 9pm. 
Students will grade the test and will keep a copy of the test for further study. 
Questions will be taken from previous tests.

#III - 6 HOURS - "CONTRACTS TO CLOSING"
What happens at closing, how to prepare, who is responsible

NOTE: Any agent may take 6 hours of #I, #II, or #III for 6 hour C.E. class for only $50.00.

TOTAL COST OF THE SALESPERSON 18 HOUR POST LICENSE CLASS IS $120.00
EXTRA 2 BROKER CLASSES $50.00 EACH
ANY AGENT WHO HAS TAKEN THE 18 HOUR CLASS WILL ONLY NEED THE
2 BROKER CLASSES FOR A 30 HOUR BROKER!!
